Friendly, practical support at home and out and about: lifts to the shops and appointments, errands, company and the small jobs around the house. For older people and other adults living on the mountain.
Visits are planned around what you need, and the tasks are agreed with you beforehand.
Support for older people to keep living well at home. That might be tidying up, putting the washing and shopping away, sorting the mail, or a friendly face during the week.
Leticia can pick you up, take you to the shops, help with the list and the bags, and bring you home again.
A lift to the doctor, dentist, bank or hairdresser. Leticia stays with you to help with the practical side, takes notes if you'd like, then drives you home.
Can't get out? Leticia can collect your medicines from the chemist, do the shopping or pop to the post office, then drop everything off and help put it away.
A chat over a cuppa, a gentle walk, a café, or a trip to the library or the markets.
Sorting mail, making phone calls, booking appointments, and getting the hang of phones and online forms. You stay in charge of your decisions and passwords.
Leticia holds a Certificate IV in Community Services and is studying a bachelor of psychology. She lives on the mountain, and she'll be the one who visits you each time.
The Support Co offers practical, everyday support. It isn't a counselling, therapy, nursing or health service.
Personal care such as showering or toileting, nursing or medication, lifting or transfers, wheelchair transport, and NDIS or government-funded aged-care services.
You'll need to be able to get in and out of a car with little or no help.
